Maritime Day is just around the corner and takes place on Saturday 7th September on the waterfront in Kyle. Come and join us and take part in a Taster Row, watch the Skiff Race and see us paddle our hearts out in the Raft Race. There will be games and activities for all ages. We will be there setting up from 11 so come along and put your name down to give rowing a try – bring warm clothing, life jackets will be provided. Open to ages 16+.
Timings for the day:
12 pm – Stalls open. Taster Rows begin
3pm – Skiff Race – boats and crews join us from other parts of the country for a 2k race
4.15pm – Kyleakin to Kyle swim to race money for the Lochalsh Leisure Centre re-opening
4.45pm – Raft race
